Founded in 1885 by Frank H. LaPierre, in New York City. In 1893, the company relocated to Newark, New Jersey and later incorporated in 1985. Focused mainly on sterling silver hollowware, dresser sets, and other accessories. In 1929, the company was purchased by International Silver Company and relocated to Connecticut.
