William Hazen Rogers and his two brothers, Asa and Simeon, began working in silver, in 1820, in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1847, they began trademarking their electroplated silver pieces, which became extremely popular. Worked primarily in coin silver, sterling silver, and silverplate.
