About Bauscher Weiden mark
August and Conrad Bauscher founded the Weiden porcelain factory in 1881, specializing in hotel and shipboard porcelain. It became a joint-stock company in 1911 and later joined Lorenz Hutschenreuther. Postwar production resumed in July 1945. Bauscher became a BHS tabletop brand in 1998.
