About Elizabeth Woodman Betty Woodman
Betty Woodman (1930–2018) began as a production potter in the 1950s before developing colourful sculptural vessels and installations. Her white earthenware vases and domestic forms were repeatedly deconstructed and recombined, often alongside paintings. She also made prints with Bud Shark from 1985 and taught at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
