About Bunzlau Bolesławiec
Bunzlau, now Bolesławiec, developed a pottery tradition using local stoneware clays. Nineteenth-century makers included Reinhold & Co., Julius Paul & Sohn and Werner & Co. Polish factories continued production after the Second World War, with Tadeusz Szafran and later Bronisław Wolanin contributing to its development.
