About Chris Staley Christopher Staley
Chris Staley makes functional thrown and hand-built pottery using varied clay bodies and high-temperature firing. Conceptual imagery, applied clay and graphic decoration accompany the vessel forms. He has taught ceramic art at Pennsylvania State University since 1990.
