About Dana Paredes

Dana Paredes was born in Virginia Beach in 1980 and earned a ceramics BFA at Edinboro University in 2003. Potter and owner of Fire n Flux Handmade in Tucson, Arizona, Paredes makes wheel-thrown and hand-built functional stoneware with carving, textures, paper resist, sgraffito and geometric patterns, sometimes collaborating with jeweller Emily Adams.
