About Don Hanson
Don Hanson makes functional and decorative stoneware and porcelain inspired by historical forms. Slip trailing, including calligraphic decoration inside bowls, is a particular focus. He has worked professionally in Great Falls, Montana, since 1971 and fires in natural-gas and electric kilns.
