About F. Wessel
Friedrich Wilhelm Wessel founded his Frankenthal porcelain factory in 1949. It made lace-decorated figurines, utility wares and industrial porcelain. It had no connection with the Bonn Wessel manufactory. A lawsuit ended its use of the historic CT mark in 1952, according to the maker history. The factory closed before 1964.
