Francine Ozereko, born in Winchester, Massachusetts, in 1951, makes functional pottery and sculpture. Her forms include mugs, platters, vases, pitchers, wall pieces and relief tiles, with birds, leaves and geometric motifs. She worked in low-fire red earthenware from 1982 to 1998, then porcelain fired in oxidation. Surface techniques include wax resist and sgraffito.
