About Hewitt & Leadbeater / Hewitt Brothers

Arthur Hewitt and Edwin Leadbeater founded a china and Parian business at Willow Pottery, Longton, around 1907. After Leadbeater left in 1919 it continued as Hewitt Brothers. It specialised in crested miniatures and was acquired around 1925 by Harold Taylor Robinson, who founded Willow Potteries Ltd.
