About Jason China Co Ltd
Jason China Co Ltd operated briefly at Longton from 1948 to 1950. J. G. Hiles and A. E. Howard acquired the assets of Doric China and renamed the Clarence Works the Jason Works. The backstamp used a representation of the Greek hero Jason. Susie Cooper bought the works in 1950 for her bone china venture.
