About Jeffrey Lipton

Jeffrey Lipton studied at the University of Southern Maine and apprenticed with Mark Shapiro from 2009 to 2012. His functional pottery references historic New England wares and farming memories, with glaze-drawn scenes and fantasy animals made using latex resist. He fires in salt atmospheres and, when possible, wood kilns.
