About Lancaster & Sons (Ltd)
Lancaster & Sons made earthenware at the Dresden Works in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. Frederick John Lancaster continued the former Lancaster & Barker business after its dissolution in 1899. It became Lancaster & Sons (Hanley) Ltd in 1906 and Lancaster & Sandland Ltd in 1944.
