About Barking Spider Pottery Nick Joerling
Nick Joerling makes anthropomorphic stoneware forms, thrown and altered to suggest movement, with restrained drawn decoration. He worked at Barking Spider Pottery from 1980 to 1983 and subsequently maintained a studio in Penland, North Carolina.
