About Paramount Pottery Co Ltd
Paramount Pottery was established by Charles Griffith Bowers in 1946 at Ranelagh Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, and became the base for his Keele Street Pottery Group. In 1950 the group became Staffordshire Potteries Ltd. Paramount continued as a production unit, listed at Ranelagh Street in 1956 and at Meir Airport in 1960.
