About Plankenhammer
Krug founded the Plankenhammer porcelain factory after 1883. It became Porzellanfabrik Plankenhammer GmbH in 1909. Production resumed after closures during both world wars. Following bankruptcy in 1974, Eduard Wittmann acquired the assets and continued production.
