About Poskochin plant
The factory at Morye was established by Friedrichs in the early nineteenth century, passed to S. Poskochin in 1817 and was sold to Countess Golenishcheva-Kutuzova in 1842. It made faience tableware, vases, jugs, bottles and decorative pieces, including bisque reliefs imitating Wedgwood.
