About Redfern & Drakeford
Redfern & Drakeford was formed in 1892 by Alfred Redfern and William Matthew Drakeford. It made china at Chatfield Works and later Balmoral Works, Longton. The firm retained its name after Redfern left in 1908 and Drakeford died in 1911. Manufacture ceased in 1933 and the company was dissolved in 1935.
