About Rhenania
Carl and Eduard Schumann established the Duisdorf porcelain factory near Bonn in 1904. It became Westdeutsche Porzellanfabrik in 1912. After bankruptcy and closure in 1935, Rhenania Wirtschaftbetriebs acquired it and renamed it Rhenania Porzellanfabrik. Under Georg Kettner it made hotel tableware and decorative porcelain until 1958.
