About Richard Peeler
Richard and Marj Peeler worked together at Peeler Pottery in Reelsville, Indiana, from 1972. They shared forming, glazing, firing and shipping, making mainly wheel-thrown stoneware alongside hand-built pots and sculpture, often with carving and slip-trailing. Richard taught at DePauw University from 1958 to 1972.
