About “Rosenthal” concern
Philipp Rosenthal founded the parent factory in Selb in 1879. In the 1920s a concern was formed incorporating about ten Bavarian porcelain factories. Its products included table services, decorative plates and vases, figurines, technical porcelain and ovenproof ceramic cookware. Maria and Sanssouci are among the service patterns named by the source.
