Lyncker began by selling and decorating imported white porcelain in The Hague during the 1770s. Around 1778 he expanded into making porcelain, producing sets, vases, jugs, basins, inkwells, candlesticks and flowerpots. Decoration included monochrome painting, still lifes, cupids, animals and floral monograms. The source distinguishes overglaze copies of Meissen marks on imported ware from Meissen’s underglaze marks. The factory closed in 1790.
