About Trentham Bone China Ltd
Trentham Bone China operated at the Royal Crown Pottery, Longton, after Carter and Sanders acquired Balfour China and renamed it in March 1952. The business entered receivership by 1957. Victoria Porcelain (Fenton) bought its moulds and patterns and became Victoria & Trentham Potteries Ltd. Royal Crown Pottery in the mark refers to the works, not Royal Crown Derby.
